AI deal intake

Extract everything from investment documents.

Your database lives off information found in Stock Purchase Agreements and SAFE Agreements. Stop poring through the docs, and let us find all the relevant information. Capradix reads the documents with AI and hands you a proposed round. Every value shows the page and the exact words it came from for you to confirm. Nothing is written until you do.

How it works

  1. Upload the documents. The agreement, with a cap table or operating agreement alongside if you have one.
  2. Review the proposal. Every value with its page, its quoted words, and how confident the reader is.
  3. Confirm. The round is created from what you confirmed, and the documents are filed on it.

A worked example

Acme Angels receive the signed post-money SAFE for their $100,000 into Harbor Diagnostics, along with the company’s cap table. They upload both and click Read.

The total came from the cap table because the SAFE states only this investor’s amount, and the reader says so. Medium confidence is a prompt to look, not a guess dressed up as a fact.

Under the table, the page lists anything you need to resolve, such as confirming the SPV, and anything the reader noticed that has no field. You confirm, and it all flows automatically to the round.
